We offer Standard UK Delivery on all orders:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
For orders of 10+ bundles or bespoke business setups, we offer tailored delivery options. Email business@trutan.co.uk for a custom quote.
We currently ship within the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email support@trutan.co.uk within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
