We want you to love your TRUTAN workspace tools. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided it is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Return an Item

To start a return, email support@trutan.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund—no need to return the item. Just email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or customised (e.g., personalised bundles).
